Ingredients

Traditional Peakettes: White flour (Roger's Silverstar), Water, and Salt (Vegan)

Multigrain Peakettes: White flour (Roger's Silverstar), Water, Sunflower Seeds, Flax seed, Rye, Buckwheat, Millet, Barley, Oats, Hard red spring wheat, Salt (Vegan)

Baking Instructions

Baking wow-worthy baguettes has never been easier. Simply follow the 3 easy steps!

From a Cold Oven

  1. Place your Peakette straight from the freezer into your Peak Box, close the Peak Box lid and place into your cold oven at 500F for ~35 min (if baguette appears undercooked, add an additional 5 mins)
  2. Open the lid of your Peak Box (careful, it'll be hot), adjust your oven to 400F and continue baking for ~5 mins adjusting to your liking (less time for a lighter crust, longer for a darker crust
  3. The hard part! Remove your Peak Box from the oven, and let the Peakette cool in your Peak Box for 15 mins, a crucial step to developing the perfect crumb and then, ENJOY!

From a Warm Oven

Looking to bake a second Peakette?

Meet Alice and Lucas, the first PeakBakers! They are French, food lovers, and addicted to bread! Like in most French families, they grew up having a baguette on the table at every dinner, and buttered toasts in the morning.
